WHY THE HRT XPERIENCE EXPERIENCE?

   Welcome to the HRT Dual Sport Xperience, a fun weekend, offering you the ultimate in riding pleasure. From an incredible Friday Night Ride experience to an exhilarating ride on Saturday through Big 5 game farms (exclusive access) to 5 star luxury at our stopovers and rest stops.
   Finishing off with a fantastic and fun skills morning on Sunday where you will be challenged by riding three different manufacturer’s bikes, namely Honda, KTM and Yamaha.

   This will be rounded off with a good old traditional South African braai.

   Not forgetting great entertainment, great food all weekend long and of course an unforgettable experience.

   This event provides you with an opportunity and with a platform to strut your stuff, learn new skills, share experiences, form new bonds with like-minded riders or just hook up and have fun with old friends.

SOME QUICK FACTS

When:    Friday the 14th September to Sunday the 16th of September 2012.
Where:    ADA Training and Outdoor Centre, close to the Hartebeespoort Dam.
Where is the ADA    Training & Outdoor Centre?
   Just 30 minutes from Joburg and Pretoria near to Harties, set in a beautiful bush location where cell phone reception is not the greatest. We do advise you to tell your loved ones that you might not be easily reached.
   
Entries:    Entries open on 1 August 2012 and closes on 1 September 2012.

   12h00 - 13h00: All groups meet for lunch at Brauhaus
   13h30 - 16h30: Return to ADA via Kloofzicht Lodge
   17h00 - 18h00: Shower hour
   18h00 - 19h00: Happy hour
   19h00 - 23h00: Dinner & Live Entertainment

Sunday 16 September:
   07h30 - 08h30: Coffee & Breakfast
   08h30 - 11h30: Skills Challenge

   14h00 onwards: Riders depart

ENTRIES OPEN AND CLOSE
•    Entries open on 1 August and close when we have a full complement of 100 participants or on the 1st of September.
•    Cancellation – 48 hours before the event 50% refund - no refund after 48 hours.

KEY ASPECTS
•    This event will take place in environmentally sensitive areas. We request you to respect this and ensure that specifically noise pollution is managed through compliance to required decibel levels. You can trailer your bike to the venue.
•    Knobbly tyres will be an advantage.
•    You can bring a pillion with to the event. Pillions may participate in all events. Pillions entry is R900.
•    Please ensure that you have a full tank of fuel. There are filling stations close by.
•    You will need proper protective riding gear. Boots, helmets and gloves will be compulsory as a minimum.
•    A hydropack/camelpack is strongly recommended for hydration.
•    Basic tools and puncture repair kit will be required.
•    Bring some cash for additional snacks, drinks and so on.
•    Utensils for eating and drinking will be provided.
•     A GPS is not required, but can help if you do decide to get lost.
•    Bring own sleeping bag and toiletries. Tents will be supplied.
•    A cash bar will be available.

ACCOMMODATION
•    Tented accommodation will be provided. Each tent will have one or two mattresses, depending on requirements.
•    Shower facilities will be provided. Please bring your own toiletries.

SO WHAT IS INCLUDED?    
•    Tented accommodation and all meals from Friday evening up to and including our Sunday braai.
•    A great “goodie bag” including a HRT Xperience Fleece Top, T Shirt and HRT Xperience Ahead Cap.
•    Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday night as well as at Sunday lunch time.
•    Ride in controlled and challenging areas inaccessible to the general public.
•    Build on your own skills level by challenging yourself and learning from others.

•    Skilled instructors from ADA on hand to assist you.

   1.    Participation in the HRT Xperience is undertaken on a voluntary basis and at own risk.
   2.    With confirmation of booking, you accept the terms and conditions and agree that you are attending the event entirely at your own risk.
   3.    You further indemnify the organisers and their agents against any damages or losses sustained by the person or any belongings.
   4.    You also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the organisers and their agents.
