Hi All

I have watched these many times and it's now time for them to help/entertain someone else, so here goes

1. Globe Riders BMW R1200GS Instructional DVD's (2 Disk set) - R250

Helge's profound experience and knowledge gained in the course of his many travels, coupled with what we learn from our own bikes, and those of our clients on tour, make us uniquely qualified to know what works, what doesn't, and what to do when things go wrong in the field. In cooperation with our sponsors listed below, we have distilled that know-how and road savvy and have produced our new R1200GS Adventure Touring Instructional DVD.

The R1200GS DVD covers the many aspects of accessory selection, bike prep and outfitting, tire puncture repair, tool selection, what we've learned about the new CANbus system, and the many aspects of adventuring on BMW's flagship global tourer.

The R1200GS DVD is a 4-hour, 2-disc set, and includes bonus chapters on the BMW HP2, and an R1200GS/EZS adventure touring sidecar.

2 Globe Riders Silk Road Adventure (2 Disk set) - R200

The Silk Road Adventure was an amazing 53-day journey spanning 12,000 kilometers from Istanbul, Turkey to Xian, China. GlobeRiders Producer Sterling Noren captured over 80 hours of HD (High-Definition) video of Helge and the tour's Riders as they followed the roads and tracks of the ancient traders and their caravans.

The Silk Road Adventure embarked from Istanbul, Turkey, made its way across Turkey into Georgia, then Azerbaijan. In Baku, the group boarded a freight tanker ferry for the voyage across the Caspian Sea, making landfall in Turkmenistan. Continuing eastward, the riders made their way through Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, finally entering northwestern China via the Organs pass, and from there, they completed the ride across the vast expanses of the Gobi to Xi an, city of the Terra Cotta Warriors, and terminus of the Silk Road.

3. Gorge Riders R150

Staying behind the camera this time, Chris follows Jeff aboard his ratty ex-African HPN Boxer, and Bob and Danielle - halfway through an RTW honeymoon on their fully-kitted R1150GS.
When flooded tracks nearly drown the 1150, Bob and Jeff continue on the HPN. Then that too is left behind as the duo undertake a thrilling and irreversible descent into the freezing gorges of Karajini where Jeff and Bob find themselves inside a rarely seen wonderland of shoulder-wide chasms, hidden waterfalls and flooded canyons bounded by towering red cliffs.

4. Desert Riders R150

Twenty two years after my first two-wheel venture into the Sahara, I cooked up the Desert Riders Project, a hardcore expedition to explore the limits of motorcycling in the Sahara. Vital fuel and food drops were buried months in advance and, with Jon Escombe and Andy Bell who'd come on my previous desert biking tours, the three Desert Riders set off on a radical 6000-kilometre adventure to the desolate heart of the Sahara.

Not for the first time we soon found ourselves up against it; on one day we covered just 4km. But a few days later, out on the plains along the Niger borderlands we located the primary fuel cache buried in the dunes and by traversing the covert trails of les contrabandiers, we made an illicit excursion to Niger's Ténéré Desert's and the famous Lost Tree. Then, heading west towards the barren lava fields of the Hoggar Mountains the Project began to unravel...

5. Globe Riders Iceland - R150

Three motorcycles, 30 days and 3,000 miles of exhilarating riding through raging rivers, breathtaking fjords and expansive lava fields. Join us on this incredible journey across a land forged by fire and honed by ice.
