I'm planning a trip down to the Eastern cape for next week

Need options for cheap camping sites in the following towns
Ride from JHB to Ladygrey

1. First night -

Ladygrey - was thinking of Karnmelkspruit River Resort but its a little far out of town
leave first light and do the following passes on day 1

Joubert's Pass
Otto du Plessis Pass
Barkly Pass
Baster Voetslaan Pass (Lapa Munnick Pass)
then refuel in Ugie
Potrivier Pass
Naude's Nek Pass

Distance for the day will be 402km give or take a few km will be a long day  :thumleft: but I'm certain this is possible.

2. 2nd night  - Rhodes and hopefully find some fuel

Need cheap camping sites here as well

Day 3 will not be as long

Leave Rhodes at first light and do the following passes

Tenahead to Tiffindell Ski Resort
Ben Macduhi
Carlislehoekspruit Pass
Volunteershoek Pass (Bidstone Pass)
Lundean's Nek Pass (2162m)
Barkley East

Need a camp site in Barkley East

Day 4 - Barkley East to Grahamstown

Looking for campsites in the Grahamstown area

Day 5 Grahamstown to Mosselbay - Visit parents

Spend 3 days at my folks in Mosselbay.

from there head down to Capetown, do some work at our Capetown office for 2 days then slab it to Gariep dam and spend a night there
next morning ride the last few km home to JHB

My budget for fuel and camping is around 4K
