Bike transport company recommendations Jhb to Ct

Morning Honne, I am buying that DR200 from @Oats Heunis and now need to look at options to get it down to Ceres or cape town. Has anybody used a company recently that you would recommend. I have heard the horror stories so I need to do some homework about it first. Should I be insuring the bike for the trip down?
