I would like to test interest in the market on behalf of my brother-in-law. He's got a BMW G650X-Challenge, 2008 model with 17 650km on the clock.
The bike is in good condition, taking into account that it is a 2008 model.
The bike has not been used in a long time. It's been standing in a store on a farm for many months without being used whatsoever.
The bike is currently with me in Pretoria. I collected it about a week ago, and had it serviced by Andre Stander in Centurion, where it was collected it this afternoon.
New battery fitted ... all lights and indicators are working ... engine starts immediately and sounds perfect ... papers also seem to be in order (registered up to 2019-02-28)
The bike is stock standard (I think). I don't see any extras, although there may be some protectors on the bike which is not standard - not quite sure since I'm not familiar with these bikes.
I will post pictures of the bike within the next day or two ... but in the meantime, I would like to know if anyone is interested in the bike, and I will also appreciate an indication of the value of the bike.
Note - there's no rush to sell the bike.
