As some of you may know I draw accessories on request for guys, Recently after being approached by a friend and another forum member. I started drawing some of the parts requested. Yes more then likely you can go buy the parts, but for me the fun is in the drawing and then seeing the design come to life. As bonus, I help out friends with lower cost parts, that are easy to replace and source locally. Basically it has become made in Africa for Africa. If I can have it made here then it becomes Africa proof.
The latest round of drawings I have done are the following pieces, they fit R1200GS LC, R1200GS LC Rallye, R1250GS, and probably some of the R1200's too. Thanks to @deangabrielsGS1200ADV I have access to his bike, and that of his friend, and another friend of mine. Without them this would not be entirely possible. The parts will be prototypes using MDF so we can check the fit, and off to the laser cutters.
Cylinder Head Guards Engine Guards 2019-2022, BMW R1250GS / R1250GS ADV (might fit other would need to check), I am working on another design to fit the 1200GS, But if I can access to a Bike I can make this design fit that series too.
Radiator Grille Guard Cover Protector 2019 - 2023 2019-2022, BMW R1250GS Adventure, Rallye (might fit other would need to check) can change the cut outs to any style, I will find another pattern as this might be costly to laser cut
Tailstock Reinforcement plate should fit:
R1200 GS LC, Rallye, R1250 GS 2018/20
Light Bar, should fit R1200 (2012+) R1250GS (2018+) Can definately adapt to other bikes too
Soft Luggage plate
R1200GS Cylinder head protectors
