Electrolyte replacement replacement

Hi, Thursday night my daughter ended up in the emergency ward due to a stomach virus, but this episode also had a brighter side. The nurse on duty handed me a pamphlet with instructions on how to make your own electrolyte replacement fluid. It goes like this:

- 1000 ml of boiled water
- 2 x rooibos teabags
- 7 x teaspoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of table salt

Mix the lot and let it cool down. It should be a bit cheaper than Powerade/Energade.  :ricky:
