excel and sm pro rims

Ok, so i will be needing a  2.15 x 21" ? front Rim for my f800gs at some point soon when i have money, after i get some other things sorted.
Ive been reading that sm pro platinum is better than excel takageso rim?

Which would be the one to go for? Unless they are the same? I dont want to buy one of them then end up needing the other.

Now the question i dont really want to ask... atch:

Just the outer rim.

How much will one of these set me back?
As for lacing?
