I did this route in Feb - nice gravel highway (mostly) roads between the farm lands from Pretoria to Bronkhorstspruit. The roads were in fair condition, with some sandy patches and ruts here and there.
I've got new tyres on the DR and I want to do this route again next weekend, Sunday 9th April. It's about 90km one way, and the roads are dirt-beginner friendly.
Start point will be at Parkview shopping centre in Garsfontein rd, 7:30am for 8:00am. Intention is to grab som breakfast in Bronkies, and head back on tar or dirt.
It should be dusty, but the upside is the cosmos. Anyone is welcome to join. Conditions should be similar as in these pics.
