Hi Dogs. I am planning this trip in June this year. 28 June to 9 July. The ruling party is taking the oldest son with her to vist her brother in Canada. The youngest son is being shipped off to his grand mother so its me alone heeee ha. Thus perfect opportunity to tick off a huge bucket list item A TRI P TROUGH THE LOVELYYYYYYY KAROO? Plan is to go down one way and come back a diff way.
DOWN
Day1= JHB to Vryburg.
Day2= Vryburg to Prieska
Day3= Prieska to Louriesfontein
Day4= Louriesfontein to Tableview
Spend 3 days with by brother in Tableview
Day8= Tableview to Sutherland
Day9= Sutherland to Britstown
Day10= Britstown to Hartswater
Day11= Hartswater to JHB
Interrested to know:
Any dogs wanting to join
General feedback on doing this in June/July
Accomoodation suggestions in overnight places. Vryburg,Prieska,Loeriesfontein,Sutherland, Britstown, Hartswater
Looking to travel as much gravel as possible. Thus any route suggestions
Fuel availability
Cellphone coverage
Any other advice welcome (Not changing choice of bike though)
