Very good condition. Little valve and valve seat wear. Can be fitted and used as is with no repair required.
Complete assembly including camshafts.
Cam journal diameter is stock. This is NOT a line bored head with chromed up shafts!
Valve clearances are set to the values in the picture (0.20mm+ 0.25mm+), shim sizes as shown.
The exhaust camshaft had the automatic decompressor removed. It wasn't me, I don't do stuff like that!. I am trying to find one and put it back. (It does work like that but it puts unnecessary strain onto the starter, starter gears and one way clutch).
The head is off a KL650E 2008 - 2018 model. The secondary air port is plugged. It will work on any KLR650 model 1987 - 2018.
