NC30 V-four camshaft questions

Helping with a VFR, all 4 of the camshafts have ID’s off “RR” which according to the manual indicates they are all for the rear cylinders (IN and EX). The fronts should be “FR”. All I could google is that front and rear might be the same but they have different markings and part numbers as they are sold as sets by Honda. Anyone know if they are indeed the same ? I do not have a micrometer big enough to measure the lobes and cant find size specs online.
