Morning.
Sorry for the delay. I was planning on writing it last night then Eskom had other ideas.
This is the trip report for Sunday 09/10/22.
I managed to combine business with some pleasure!
Here is the first leg from home to the site I needed to inspect. Shortest route was teough Burgersfort. Terrible road to travel.
I left at 05:00 and it was still dark.
The moon over Kuscke!
Sun just popping out over Chuniespoort.
Went through Burgersfort around 06:45. Very gratefull to be off that road!
Some farmland past Orighstad
The site was located in a beautiful valley.
Here is some images.
I had to do my first water crossing on the Sym. I Did get a wet boot as I was in the wrong gear, and the bike stalled over a rock!
There were even some game!
