*SOLD* : 2011 Honda XR 250 Tornado
I bought this at the end of last year from a lady in Milnerton. My plan was to take it overseas with me this year, but it isn't going to work out.
I fitted bar risers and a set of new bars. Originals with hand guards are still available.
The bike has full service history, owner's manual, spare keys, the works.
Mileage is just under 18,000km, when the next service is due.
New back tyre, chain and sprockets are good.
Must be the sea air in Milnerton, but a few random components have surface rust.
As most will know, these bikes are made in Brazil, and while the overall package is very good, it seems that some parts are not as good as an old XR from the 1980's!
I really like this bike. Perfect for solo trips where the sights and the smells are at the top of the list, not the speed and the size of the dick.
Looking for about ZAR 22,000.00
Transport to the Western Cape is no problem, can use the same guys that I used to bring it to Uitenhage.
