Hi All
The Upington Round Table plays host to the 2nd Great Kalahari Bike Challenge, to be hold on the 28th of Aug 2010. This is a one day event, covering 360km gravel and 40km tar, along the mighty Orange River. Some of the places along the route includes Keimoes, Kakamas, Khamkiri, Riemvasmaak, Blouputs Valley and parts of the Boesmanland (Kenhardt). :drif:
Camping and departure from Oranjerus Resort.
Rugby will be watched in a tent, in a dry riverbed, in the middle of nowhere...
A total number of +- 60 DS bikes are expected to join in the fun!

On thursday 26th of August, me and 7 mates from Pretoria and Upington will sleep over @ Redsands Lodge, Kuruman. The friday we will depart to Van Zylsrus, the middle of the Great Kalahari, and then down to Upington (in total 500km gravel) where we all will camp the weekend...
