We have received our certificate from the CIPC to operate during the lockdown, As we stock essential goods such as masks, gloves, respirators, rations PPE etc. and also provide essential security service to our clients.
The QuarterMaster will be available 2 days this week, Wednesday and Friday (this week only) to assist with any items companies or individuals who need to collect their order. Collections will be on a non-contact basis ie. Customer will be courteously greeted and order placed in a safe-secure area where they safely collect it from. Regrettably no access to the walk in store is permitted for the safety of our staff and our customers.
We are working on a solution to use another courier company to do deliveries of essential items. However we will update on this later.
As we find our feet, our intention will be to allow for collections on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. However we will update on this later this week.
Collection times are strictly 09:00-15:00. We cannot make exceptions on this as we also have to allow travel times for staff using alternative transport arrangements.
Rest assured TheQuarterMaster will honour all online purchases made during the lockdown.
