Triumph Motorcycles South Africa in conjunction with SA Biking Academy invites you to the Triumph Track Day to be held on Sunday the 26th of June 2016 at Redstar Raceway.
All Triumph riders and friends welcome!
Cost: R725 per rider – R625 IF YOU PRE-REGISTER AND PAY WITH YOUR DEALER.
Time: 07:30 – 17:00
If the event is rained out, we will organize a replacement event and those who have pre-registered/paid will only have to pay 50% of the fee.
Attached is the entry form which needs to be completed and handed in at the dealer of your choice.
Payment should also be made at the selected dealer to confirm your booking.
Please bring a copy of your entry form for registration purposes.
The day will run a format of 3 Classes. B = Intermediate , C = Novice and D = New Rider
If you have not done a formal Track day before, it is compulsory to enter in D. This is important as you will be taught the theory of riding on a track, and it is essential information, in order for you to benefit and enjoy the experience. If during the day you find that you are too fast, you can and/or will be asked to move up to another class, so do not fear that you will be trapped in the slow lane.
For those not so sure of themselves, but who feel that they are nonetheless on their way up the experience ladder, enter C. C-Class riders are also able to attend class room sessions
The faster guys and girls should enter B. Remember though, that this is not the usual Kyalami type A Class full of racers, so no need to be intimidated by the fact that it is A, but also don't fool yourself into being faster than you are. If, on the day, you find yourself in the wrong class, you can ask to be moved.
NB: NO TRACK DAY JUNKIES WITH DEDICATED TRACK BIKES AND TYRE WARMERS. This is the wrong track day for you.
And as always, please feel free to bring a partner/friend. We don't mind if he or she is not on a Triumph, as long as they behave and not pass anyone on the track. If you do bring someone along, they must mark their entry form with the name of the Triumph owner that they are coming with, otherwise their entry won't be accepted.
As it is always a fun festive Triumph day, bring your wives, husbands, kids and other admirers with to share the day with us.
The canteen at RedStar will have their usual menu available for lunch and snacks ranging from R20 to R60.
