URGENT: Anyone with connections to get two slots for bike licenses in WC?

Two of my mates didn’t know that bike learners isn’t allowed in Mozambique, so they urgently need to go do their licenses, but no spots available.

Can anyone help? Western Cape

It’s a BIG problem, we’re leaving 21 Dec for a 20 day Moz trip on the 500’s.
