Where do we get Motorbat these days? Or something else?

The X-Challenge refused to be tempted on a ride yesterday, to the point that the fuel pump wont even prime...
tested the battery - 11.6v - charged overnight - 11.62v - Oh Yay...
OK, to be fair, I bought the bike at the end of 2018, stripped, with the yellow Motobat battery in the box of parts - soo I have had it for nearly 5 years, so I cant really complain...

BUT - where are we getting Motobat these days - East Rand......?
AND - what alternatives are we looking at....?
