I see your camera has the EF-M mount which gives you a limited choice of lenses unless you purchase the EF-M to EF adaptor which will then give you far more options.
To be honest, any lens with focal length less than 400mm makes birding quite challenging unless you're in a hide.
I've stayed with...
"Speed and Strength" labelled jeans with Dupont kevlar re-inforcing on the seat and knees and removable knee armour.
Barely worn, no marks, tears etc. Very comfortable and the stretchy band above the knee stops you having to pull up the trouser leg each time you sit down.

Tom, my recollection of you was a mild-mannered and thoroughly decent bloke.
In fact you had the patience of Job, having to please those miserable (particularly those Canadians) ex-pat rig crew, locals and your own bosses.
I wouldn't be too introspective, focus on your positives.
Haha, they say an HSE guy is someone who never quite made it in any discipline and ended up in "elf and safety".
Fortunately I was the onsite materials and logistics coordinator.
Colours are misleading, however, look at the description of the supercilium (above the eye stripe running from the beak to back of the head).
On the White-fronted it does not extend down to the hindneck collar whereas in the Kittlitz's, it does.
