I forgot to mention... when you put castor wheels on the frame, make sure you have two of them with wheel locks / brakes. There's nothing worse that pushing a piece of wood through the saw, and it starts moving away from you 😕

The old saying "Familiarity breeds contempt" comes to mind... and it is true for many things. Whatever you become too "mak" with, will turn and bite you in the arse some time or other. Twice I nearly lost a finger in a circular saw, because I was too "mak" with it

I'm not too sure if it is effective though... like the warnings on cigarette boxes. I wonder how many smokers gave become ex smokers based on those warnings. Maybe more a case of "my life, if I want to smoke, I will!" Same applies to bikers / cagers / reckless pilots who push the aircraft...
