You will have to open the door cards and check the mechanisms. If cable driven then the cables could be frayed inside the sleeves. Had that once many years ago on my OC's Hyundai's electric windows.

When I was in the training environment on Lifting devices, (forklifts, mobile cranes, gantry cranes etc) I usually did not penalize students for working slow. BUT I HAMMERED them if they did not adhere to Safety Protocols. Rather slow and alive than fast and dead/disabled.

They don't care!! Being in the Army for 41 years plus, and having a military license since May 1982 where you had to do a "first parade" daily before driving the vehicle it is "muscle memory" for me. I keep spare headlight and tail light globes in my car and also spare fuses. But that is just me.
