    Wanted DR 650 tank

The surprises just keeps on coming. After finishing building and painting side covers, the tank is next. Time to get rid of the horrible previous paint job (if you can call it that) and spray it black to match the rest of the bike. This is what it looks like on the underside. How the f@ck do...

Rear axle spacer damage & worn bearing hub

They are in 633 President Steyn Street, Pretoria North. No disassembly required. I took the wheel off the bike and got it to them with the help of @Oshkosh They just took the tyre off before working on it.

I might do that....wheel still wobbly from smiley and the inside of the rim does not look good.

Rear axle spacer damage & worn bearing hub

Yes, and i also throw the bearings in the deep freezer for around 20 minutes or so. On the semi-worn side of the hub, the bearing dropped right in. On the newly machined side it just took a few slight taps to seat.

Wicked Rides machined and fitted a new aluminium sleeve for me. The other side is still OK'ish....for now. But at least i can ride now.

Goeie punte, sal dit ook deurgee vir oorweging(y) Hy is nou in die ou standerd 8 (weet nie wat dit is in grade nie), redelik lank en n kranige rugby speler, so hy is sterk jong man. Dra n nr 11 skoen.

    Wanted 125 Dirtbike & advice - updated to 250

As i understand it, will basically be trails and enduro type riding. As it would be a first bike, my guess is he would not be looking at something brand new or a vintage bike. Something relatively recent and reliable.

    For Sale DL 650

Yes, i will most probably ride mine till its wheels fall off....which should only be in another 200 000 kms or so:) For the ability, reliability and low maintenance costs that it provides at the prize...nothing else comes close.
