    Wanted DR 650 tank

It was my fault. I replied to another members message, asking me if the tank is still available. I thought the message was from you. I opened the message on my phone and didn't realize that the forum names didn't match... Clearly my mistake Sorry about that.

Seen Chappy 80 cc on Facebook

I have a very original (apart from the indicators) 80cc Chappy that I might sell. It's complete with original key, but not running at the moment and I just have too many projects and no time to fix it... I even have some paperwork (deregistration?) somewhere. How do you have your nuts?

That is actually a good (unintended?) question. That would be the only case where I tighten the nut to the rim. I usually cut out the valve section from a old tube and fit it to the rim (tight-nutted :p). Then you can use air pressure to get the tyre with the mousse seated properly

How do you have your nuts?

Another good addition are those (Honda style) rubber valve mud guards. They keep dirt and moisture out once you have drilled the valve hole larger. I have those in stock.

How do you have your nuts?

I always tighten the nut against the valve cap. On my own bikes (or if customers ask for it) I file the valve hole to a oval shape or simply drill it bigger. The result is that the valve stem won't rip off immediately when the tyre shifts on the rim. The only reason why I keep the nut on is that...

My Kove 450 Rally February 2024

The rear shock (and the front forks) seem to be a 1:1 copy of the Honda CRF450L (and some CRF250/450R) Showa suspension. I had a look into those 49mm Closed Chamber forks and have to admit that it all looks very high quality inside and out. I assume that most suspension parts are...
