I will be taking my bike across the Namibian border on someone else's bakkie. I am still trying to talk to someone official from Namibia about the requirements, but am getting the run-around, so thought I'd ask here so long if anyone knows for sure. I know some of you have taken bikes across without riding them across. What is the story?
I will have proof of ownership of both vehicles and a letter of permission from the owner of the bakkie (and my passport of course). What else do I need? Anyone know?
