High fender conversion 640 Adv

Hi Dogs,

I'm going to do the conversion on my son's 640, what fork protectors do I buy?
Adventure bike and 4x4 insurance specialist.

Allegro, maybe I was to quick in my answer. I see that your son's bike still has both calipers in place. That changes the scenario somewhat. If you look at the pictures above you will see that both bikes only have one caliper. On the '07 Adv the RH caliper was removed.

The easiest option is to eliminate the RH brake disk and caliper and use the shorter banjo fitting for the LH caliper with only one brake line. Alternatively a second brakeline needs to be run from the caliper to the master cylinder with a longer banjo bolt into the master cylinder accomodating both pipes.
