So after carrying me more than 25 000km at mostly highway speeds my little Puzey has developed a knock.
Warranty is out so to get her running properly again I will need to replace the bearings myself.
I am technical minded and pick up new things fast, but this will be the first time that I open up a engine.
To make things a bit more interesting I will need to do all my dirty work in the open air as I do not have a garage (Luckily the little bike will be my wife's after the repair, so I will be able to do some work inside ;-).
I have:
Basic tool-set
Ingenuity
and a interest to get to know my motorcycles inside out.
From the guys that have done this more than me:
What will I need to order except for the Bearings?
Gasket set?
New Rings? (no oil usage whatsoever at this stage)
