Hi Halfdaft, can you make me a special rack based on your existing luggage rack? No pressure, but I want to leave in 3 weeks time!! Send me your idea and let's see. Well I sent crude drawings and this is the result. With some extra velcro straps sewn on to my Big Bag Panniers and 2 bungees, I left on my 3600 km trip on time. What is great about this set up is that I still have a full seat to move around on. This becomes important when having to stand and lean right back in technical stuff, for eg going down the Groot Rivier Poort. I bought water proof inner bags in case of rain.Not needed. Not a single hassle!!
