Hi Guys
The bracket that the windscreen on my R1200GS mounts on has somehow snapped just at the ends. Please see attached photo. Can anyone advise on how I can get this fixed? I'd hate to have to buy a new one, current prices online seem to be about $380 for the OEM replacement part from BMW! I'd really prefer to fix it if I can. I'm not a welder so I don't even know if it's feasible to try to weld the ends back on.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
