So fooling around doing some maintenance, checking frame bolts and generally poking around, I discovered that the bottom bracket holding the oil cooler to the frame has broken off.
Removed everything from the bike and sat around for a while contemplating what to do. It us quite thin and I was not sure if it could be welded so I wipped out thw Q-bond and set to work.
No idea of whether it will hold, but so far so good and I was able to re-mount it.
Any other, maybe better, ways to fix this?
Is there any issue around bleeding the system? Dont think so, as very little oil came out of the oil cooler which suggests that it is only pressurised and filled when the oil pump is working.
