With all due respect.  This guy may have been murdered, lying in a ditch somewhere.  It is all good and well that the WD "CIA" go around trying to find him, but shouldn't someone report this to the police?

I was under the impression that only a family member or spouse can report somebody missing, is this correct??

This guy, Andrew Paul Arthur, doesn't have any other vehicles registered on his name

Only other detail is a postal address for his licence;

P O Box 405, Bothas Hill

Maybe someone can ask at the post office?

Not sure the SAP will become involved unless someone reports him missing, bike stolen etc.

No, not necessarily but close association and good reason for suspecting foul play go a long way to convincing them to open an enquiry

Just got a call from his ex landlord. It is the same guy as the I'd no's match but no phone no's as her phone was stolen and lost all her no's.
She said he goes by the name Paul Arthur as per the lease and he was working in the air conditioning industry and moved to Pmb as there was better work prospects.

If his bike licence is still valid, that means he is still collecting it from the P O Box in Botha's Hill. Possibly has family there?

Is the bike still in the mall. Looking at the AT, angle of handle bars, looks that it may not be locked. Don't know the AT so not sure.

I took my son to his extra maths classes on the bike the other day, it had been standing due to winter, couldn't care for riding kind of thing so I had to give it a little push to get her going.

When I dropped him off at class, his teacher, who is rather hot came out to chat.. being the gentleman I am I obliged.. but she was so hot I forgot my brights on.. needless to say, after saying out goodbyes that puppy was dead as hell.

Unable to push start her down the road, I parked it at the end of the end of the road and walked home. I got a little busy to grab the trailer and go fetch her but 2 days later I just popped over to get her back home, to my surprise and horror the neighbours had gone to all this trouble to search for my details online, they had my name, id, address, what I ate for breakfast and had called the cops.. I was like WTF, I just had a flat battery how about minding your own business. I know it was coming from a good place but at the time I was like WTF.

I will swing by there in about an hour. I'll try (TRY) speak to someone in the shop/s opposite to where it's parked and see if they saw who/when/how it got parked there.

Ok everyone just relax.

Bike belongs to Paul Arthur, we have a FB friend in common. I asked if everything was ok with him as his bike has been abandoned in Kloof.

Got this reply:

"hi Jon just spoken to him, hes collecting it now. Told him you were a bit worried thanks...."

So all seems fine  :thumleft:

Nice to see that in this day and age people still look out for each other.
Well done.

Yip. This time it was for nothing, but it's great to know people will go to these lengths.
