Nee nog glad nie mind opgemaak nie. Fork miskien is die 950SE die ding!!!!!

Dis ook nie 'n slegte opsie nie................ :pot:

Depends what type of riding you do, I have had a 950S, 950 Super Enduro & a 990R. Very lekker bikes but high maintenance & not comfortable on the long road.
Presently ride a BMW GS 1200 & it suits my needs  perfectly......... for now.
Just did a 3000k round trip with my wife to East London, Wild Coast & Hogsback & don't think I could have done it on anything better. (Lekker long distance tar cruiser & more than good enough on the dirt)
As a one bike garage, I don't think you will find better.

If all you can spend is 160k get the honda, the KTM maintenance and repairs will be expensive and ongoing. But if you can afford it the KTM is the way to go for fun.

What makes one think maintenance will be cheaper than KTM?

What dealer network is going to service the bikes?

How do we know they'll be more reliable than the KTM?

All we have is a two year long media manipulation and well orchestrated campaign to build up a demand and how well it has worked.

Don't think that because the old AT was great twenty years ago that the new model will be the same. It might be, but we don't know.

I think the 950/990 was one of best bikes ever built and the fact I did almost 180000km on my two without a single mechanical backs that up. But The 1190's although without doubt are better performers are not in the same league.

Judge the AT in two years.

For now, buy the 1190R
