How to modify front mudguard?

Of a 2007 TA from the original low one to a high mudguard. What other model mudguard is needed and can it be fitted full length or only the front end? Advice please guys, as I need it to be higher to enable fastening it on a trailer easier...currently I have to remove the mudguard for trailering purposes.
