I had this issue before, when changing oil - I was told not to worry too much, because the oil was old and a bit of condensation my have occurred over time . . .
This time, I noticed it within just 4 months after an oil change. I cleaned it out, but it was back within 2 weeks!! - this creamy deposit inside the oil filler cap:
