Tube or no Tube in the rear wheel of 1200GS with an E07 fitted

Hi guy's can any one give me some advise on an issue I am having in relation to having a tube fitted with an E07 tyre on the back wheel of my 1200GS. I am loosing air or pressure from my rear wheel and I have been informed that it is due to not having a tube fitted as the E07 is not a tubeless tyre... If I put a tube with the tyre would the valve seal correctly around the valve hole in the rim and would the tube not move and tear the valve stem off with out rim locks?
