Seweweekspoort - Things you might not know?

In our news release today we focus on the majestic Seweweekspoort and explore (and debunk) some of the myths and legends going back to the early 1800's, where stories of rough men smuggling brandy through the poort from Beaufort West to Ladismith and other tales of South Africa's version of the Wild West abound. We also take a look at the flora and fauna and how the poort supports its own micro-climate. We refilmed this poort during December last year and have produced a three part video set.
