Flying Brick, as well as some of the Cape-based Motorbike touring companies, are looking for someone reliable who will repair ALUMINIUM, (and possibly plastic) panniers, on an on-going basis.
Some of the panniers would need repairing within say a 72-hour time frame (people departing on the next leg on their up-Africa journey, or else shipping their bikes to South America, or Aus...), other repairs could be done over say a fortnight...
They would need to be COLLECTED, in Paarden Eiland,as well as Cape Town city center.
Contact me if you can help, about 8 panniers to start with...
(PS: I don't need a lecture on how alu panniers are not suitable, yada-yada, these guys do Alaska to Ushuaia with hard panniers, they are aware of pannier limitations, they simply need a repair!)
