2006 WR450 Power supply

Any body here know much about the lectrics on the 2006 WR450 . This is a roadworthy model. Now at the moment the lights and indicators and stuff work only when the engine runs. I would like to change that so that all the lectrics work of the battery once the bike is switched on. Also now the indicarors don't  flicker, they just stay on. Is there a flicker unit on this bike .?
