Is the Tankwa Cross Country Rally ( http://www.wilddog.za.net/forum/index.php?topic=220947.0 )a warm-up for this?

I understand they are two separate events, but any rally event is a warm up! :thumleft:

I see scrutineering is underway. Any way we can follow the rally with live tracking?

It is timed by Geotraq.  No info on their site yet.  Not even a mention about rally at all.  :-[

** edit **
My informant daar se dit sal op http://kalaharirally.com/ verskyn.  Sien daar is 'n link regs onder/middel van blad.
dit sal MORE lewendig wees as die rally begin.

I don't think people always realise just how fast Lyndon actually is........ He is leading after the 1st special, ahead of Ross Branch who is one of the fastest riders around!
BUT...... It looks like Ross was caught for speeding!

Even after Ross's 13min penalty, Lyndon was still faster than Ross.... :o
