Aftermarket switch clusters for DR650
« on: May 14, 2018, 09:09:39 am »
I was at Startline the other day and saw that they have relatively cheap and nice looking universal switch clusters. Same size and with all the same switches and functions as the original ones, except for the addition of a hazard lights switch which would be a welcome addition. Is it possible / difficult / advisable to fit something like this? Has anyone done so before? Many thanks

The generic switch clusters are somewhere between plain cheap and absolute rubbish. I would rather use  a second hand Japanese switch in decent condition before I use any of the ones Startline sells. The hazard light switch might require some changes to your electrics.

May be true...
So where do we get hold of the original right hand switch assembly that also has a headlight switch? Apparently some (euro?) models have this as standard?
