Advice needed please

Am busy with my Airhead and need to replace the following - Rubber Grommet - part number 13 72 1 264 392 - these are between carb and head as well as carb to air filter - tried a few hose places but find nothing this diameter with this wall thickness - any ideas beside genuine BMW bits at R 175 a pop

Am also looking for a pair of rear aftermarket shocks at a reasonable price - any ideas of anyone local in Cape Town ?
