HI
Anyone purchased items from Perun Moto and had the items delivered to SA , is it all legit and worthwhile from a customs perspective?

I can't tell you much about Perun Moto, but I can tell you to check how the goods will be shipped.

If via a reknowned courier then local delivery should be ok, BUT, if it's using postal services then forget it  - if the goods arrive at all, you can write off 4 months at least.

Regardless of which service you use, the goods will first be checked into customs at OR Tambo, and then get distributed to the relevant postal service. I only waited 2 weeks for some items from Australia. I did go and collect at Cape Mail my self. Just remember that the tracking number changes once customs releases the goods.
There's a feeling I get, when I look to the west, and my spirit is longing for leaving.

What about Gavin? :peepwall:
He is considering ordering in a 790 luggage rack from Perun Moto, I then spoke to Nicholas (Perun), who is happy to supply us, but then it's worth it to ship in a FEW items at once, GAW said he might see if any other WD's might enjoin his order, to make shipping etc worthwhile...
Nicholas has now gone on Summer vacation, but here is the rack, well thought out, and fits the 1X90 range, as well... https://www.perunmoto.com/products/ktm-1090-1190-1290-top-luggage-rack

Otherwise I found ordering from Perun good and efficient as I had the order couriered via a clearing agent here in SA. The product are very good to!
