Help needed to locate parcel from USA

Hi Wild Dogs. Hope someone can help. On 31 March I ordered and paid for a Ignitech CDI for my XR650l from Spectrum Moto in the USA. They promptly shipped the parcel and gave me a tracking no. I gave my street address as the shipping address. Now three months down the line I look on Ship 24 and it says. ITEM ARRIVALAT COLLECTION POINT FOR PICK UP It does not say where the collection point is. I phoned Postnet and it is not there. I then tried the Post Office but they dont answer their phones. Does any one know who I can contact.
