I live in Kosi Bay (30-40km South of Ponta Do Oura, Mozambique) and have my bike with me (and a learner's license).
Wondering if anyone around here knows how to find the closest motorbike testing centre? Also, if Maputo or somewhere else in Mozambique is closer, could I get it there!?
