2020 Wilddog Bike of the year.

Please select one on the large Capacity and one on the small capacity.... It will also be nice to say why you choose a specific bike, will also keep the thread alive.

At the end of the pole (date to be determined) 11 lucky wilddog members will be selected to participate in a fully paid weekend where the relevant bikes will be tested.

Its 2020 and available at dealers. A huge difference from the heavier Adventure Sports

I chose the BMW 1250 GSA and the KTM 790 R

BMW to tour 2-up with luggage and the KTM as a daily runner and fun offroader over weekends  :thumleft:

1290 and 790 got my votes. I am besotted with the AT after taking it for the easiest off road run evar but I can't put it in the same class.

I commute daily & for that the DCT would be an absolute joy.

They are all beautiful, I want to ride the 1250 and the new 1200 Tiger.

Mine is very similar..only the 1250 GS.....GSA little to intimidating for me.....and then the 1290 KTM......as 3rd option the Triumph .....that bike is seriously sexy.....like the first 950 ktm's....

Triumph 1200 , have ridden the old one and if the new one is like it, I would have it in my garage any day.
KTM790 R because as a KTM Person you just have to have it .

I love the 1290 but for road touring the Triumph takes my first prize for me

I chose the 790 and the 701 like I see most other people did.

But if I have the cash in my hand I will probably ride into the sunset with that Red V-Strom just because of that paint scheme.

I vote for the KTM 1290 and the KTM 790. Both will probably scare me shitless but damn they are beautiful.

KTM790 & Africa Twin. I would really have liked to have seen the 450L up there, but it is just not cutting it. The AT I rate up with the other 1000cc bikes so I didn't cheat the system  :peepwall:\

The KTM790 just seems like a super fun bike and a decent light weight touring machine while I just love the looks of the AT and apparently the DCT is superb.
