Hi dogs, I had a small mishap while sneaking in a skelm ride on a dirt road to get rid of the PMS (parked motorcycle syndrome). Slid on a mud patch and headbutted my entire screen off. It broke both sides off the bracket completely. Anyone with something of the sort? What do you guys think bmw might charge me for this?
Now that I stated what I am looking for I would like to complain a bit about the GS... What a piece of plastic it is. Dont see how anyone can say its a capable offroad tourer when it breaks that easily. I broke the nose fender and the top crash bar broke out of its bracket. As if the bolt holding was too short and only hanging on by 2 threads. All this while probably doing 30kph max. Then when I picked it up and drove home there was several warning lights flashing.
Starting to regret buying bmw and not just stayed with ktm.
