Adding back protector

So I bought a D3O back protector from the triumph clearance sale, and of course the thing is too big for the existing back protector pocket in my jacket.

Any ideas on how to affix it to the jacket?

I don't ride without a back protector ever. In both my jackets I have taken the standard "back thingy" out.
I wear my back protector under my jackets and once i do not have it on it bothers me. ;)

You can safely trim it, in my view, to FIT the existing pocket shape; we sell a 'universal' Oxford brand one that some riders then cut-to-fit.

Yip! Currently have a "strap-on" Leatt adventure back protector. But the D3O offers same CE lvl2 protection, whilst not being an extra turtle shell :) which makes it a lot easier for commutes.
