Rear Wheel Wobble
« on: June 23, 2020, 06:09:02 pm »
The rear on my 2014 GSA has a slight wobble. All spokes seem tight although they don’t all have the same sound when running a wrench over them. Where can the wheel be taken and made to run true again?

Did you take out the spoke nipple grub screws before tightening?
If you want to haul ass, you gotta mix gas.

I didnít tighten them. Just felt for loose spokes. I know that Iíd be out of my depth if trying to fix myself.😁

Had a set of trailmax missions fitted, bike returned, more than 5 spokes loose! Thought is was the tyres. Also been reading that some wire wheels on different model BMW bikes had issues with loose spokes. Some wheels replaced under warranty.
Also way out of my technical capability.
Bike going in on Thursday, waiting for the outcome.
