F-trip XT660Z

I know the fuel gauge is a bad liar, on the last stripe I can only get 13L into the tank meaning there is about 9L left. Anyone ever checked how far they can ride when F-trip starts flashing ? I was on 410km yesterday when F-trip came on. On previous Z's I did 50km before I decided to rather pull into a garage. I would like to do 500km on a tank so at 410km with F-trip just starting to flash will it be possible ?
