2013 KTM 1190S MTC Error

Morning Guys, has anyone of you picked up this error before and managed to get it sorted without taking to dealers? Mine recently "broke down" with this error after hard acceleration passing a truck on a single road. I fitted a new battery and the error is now gone but the engine still wont start. Ignition comes on but the nothing happens when you press the start button. Same symptoms you would have when the stand sensor is faulty. Any suggestions?
